Let's look at fabric & feel. Some people swear by silk sheets, but I'm just not a fan. However, having said that, the feel of silk against your skin is incredible. Linen has a relaxed yet sophisticated look and gets softer over time. Whenever I’m purchasing bedlinens I always look for a thread count between 200 and 800. Egyptian Cotton (Sateen or Percale: Luxe and and timeless. Percale is crisp and matt, which is perfect for that naughty hotel feel. Sateen is more of a silky feel with a slight sheen which can add drama and elegance. Bamboo is soft and sustainable and would work well if you intimate space is more modern. And lastly but not least Organic Cotton is an absolute go-to if you want softness and durability without sacrificing sustainability.
